This fast growing neighborhood became a center for shopping and dining, comprised of great restaurants and nation wide retail.
Being able to sit down in the movie theater and having your choice of food and drink delivered to your seat is just one of the perks New York-based developer Jack Cayre has in mind for a massive entertainment complex in Midtown.
According to the South Florida Business Journal, construction of the $60 million project—which would also include 220,000 square feet of retail and a 200-room boutique hotel—could begin next year.
Cayre said he’s finishing a negotiation to have a potential partner invest in the project. And he’s already looking for potential tenants for stores and restaurants.
