Reserve a residence at Aria Reserve

Aria Reserve South Tower project has just launched sales and is offering first-level friends & family price-list. At this time reservations can be made with a $50,000 refundable deposit to lock-in and secure the unit at this initial friends & family price prior to the official launch.

There are 2 distinctive phases during new construction, reservation and contract.

During reservation the buyer picks the residence of choice in exchange of a 10 to 20% deposit in escrow. The developer takes the property off the market and freeze its price until closing. No one will be able to buy this residence unless you sell it after completion.

During reservation you may back out of the deal and have your deposit fully refunded. After a couple of months the project is approved by the city and contracts become available. When you sign a contract you have 15 days to review all documents and if you choose so cancel the transaction.

In most cases, condos are delivered to you fully-completed, however, you are generally required to install your own flooring material (marble, wood, tile, etc).
