When purchasing a pre construction, there is usually an initial deposit due. Further deposits are made as the construction progresses. Each deposit ranges between 10-20% (typically up to 50%).

This project has just launched sales and is offered at their Lowest price. The reservation phase, at this time you can select a residence and take it off the market with a deposit. This is a pre sale phase, at this time buyers enjoy the lowest price, as the project receive the approval by the city, the construction begin and prices start to go up. Upon approval, contracts go out for signature and a 2nd deposit become due.
