When buying a new construction project, an initial deposit is typically required, followed by additional deposits as the construction progresses. Upon signing the developer contract, buyers are granted a 15-day recision period to become acquainted with the project and assess the offering. Within this timeframe, the buyer retains the right to cancel the contract at any time and receive a refund of their deposit.
